Our air-sourced domestic ACS Hotwater Heat Pump system works very much like a refrigerator in reverse; the heat pump extracts the heat from the warm air, intensifies the heat with a compressor, delivers the heat to the water and exhausts the cooler air.

The ACS Hotwater Heat Pump has a compact design which has a 250 litre stainless steel water storage tank and the Heat Pump all as one unit.

ACS offers two options for your Domestic Hotwater Heat Pump. The PASW008 is best suited for an outdoor location. By using this option you will have space which is normally used for the hotwater cylinder inside your home available for other uses.
 Model PASHW008-DE can only be installed indoors, ideally in your basement or garage/laundry. The indoor location is particularly attractive when you want to dehumidify the area or use the discharged air to dry your laundry. You can also duct the air to other nearby rooms.

The ACS Hotwater Heat Pump system comes with solar connections as a standard fitting. You may wish to make full use of solar heating at the time of installation or future-proof your system for a later conversion.

The ACS Hotwater Heat Pump system is very very quiet. The Heat Pump has been acoustically insulated to minimize operational sound.
